Chargeback Warranty

In the event of unauthorized use of credit card payment, no sales reception is made from the card company to the merchant (=Chargeback). If the merchants use the Chargeback Warranty, sales will be warranted even in the event of unauthorized use.

Delivery

Merchants can use delivery services at a lower price than the market price since Epsilon receive discount of 30,000 merchants from Japan Post. Now that delivery fees are rising, this is a very demanding service. (Cost merits due to discounts are shown on the next page)

Remittance

Like delivery service above, we receive discount of 30,000 merchants from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, merchants get discount for remittance fees. Merchants can use this service for the payment for suppliers, utility charges, refund for purchasers etc. (Cost merits due to discounts are shown on the next page)

Business Loan

This is a business loan that can be easily and quickly used from the dash board of Epsilon. It can meet the sudden need for short-term loans and provide financial support for merchant shop operations. (Similar services: Square Capital and PayPal Working Capital)
